What is personal information?
Personal information is any information that can be used to distinguish, identify, or contact a specific individual. This includes an individual’s name, address, birth date, email address and phone number, and any other information that may identify you or would allow someone to contact you.
What is this information used for?
We collect personal information as part of the daily operations of the Foundation. The information we collect is used only for the specified purposes. We do not disclose any of your personal information to third parties nor do we rent sell or exchange any personal information collected. We do not have access to your health information.
In the case of donor support and for the purposes of gifts, we do have access to your financial information as provided (credit card, cheque, or bank account information). As with your personal information, any financial information, including gift amounts is handled with the utmost security and confidence.
