Our patients express their gratitude for excellent care in a number of ways – through kind words, letters of thanks, smiles, and financial support. You may wish to thank:

• The volunteer whose smile brightened your day
• The doctor who answered all your questions
• The nurse who made your stay more comfortable
• The entire team that worked to support you during your hospital stay

Whatever your reason and no matter who you thank, your gift to Seven Oaks General Hospital Foundation will enhance the exceptional level of care that can be expected at the Hospital. Contributions may be designated to a specific area, department, service, or program, and when your donation is received, we will share your message of thanks with the person or team you have recognized.
